Certified Athletic Trainer, Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist

About ME

Hi, I’m Julieta—an experienced and board-certified Athletic Trainer who has spent my career working with elite athletes, active-duty military, and collegiate sports programs. But beyond the credentials, I’m also someone who’s lived through the frustrations of injury, pain, and recovery firsthand.

Over the course of my athletic and military careers, I’ve had my fair share of setbacks: 3 surgeries, countless injuries, and years of pain and discomfort. Traditional physical therapy helped, but I quickly realized it wasn’t enough to get me back to where I wanted to be. If I wanted to move and perform at my best again, I needed to take a more holistic approach to rehab.

That’s when I dove deep into joint mobility and functional range systems. I realized that if my body was limited to a certain range of motion, then my life—and my ability to do the things I love—would be limited too. My hobbies, my sports, my lifestyle demanded more. So I trained for more.

And the results were incredible:

  • I gained more mobility than I ever thought possible.

  • I got stronger, lifted heavier weights, and ran faster.

  • I started enjoying life in my 40s more than I did in my 20s.

This combination of medical knowledge, sports medicine experience, and personal journey shaped who I am today: someone who helps others become the best versions of themselves through movement.

I’m not a fitness trainer or personal trainer—I’m a teacher of movement. My goal is to help you truly understand your body, improve how you move in your body, and build the confidence to live freely without being held back by pain or limitations.

So whether you’re recovering from an injury, looking to prevent one, or striving to perform at your best—

Come join me. Let’s move better, together.

Beyond the Clinic

Outside of work, you’ll often find me swinging kettlebells, snowboarding, nervously watching my kids play sports or backpacking in the Sierras and Rockies. I currently live in Martinez where I enjoy spending time with my family and staying active outdoors.

What Our Clients Say

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had chronic neck pain for years and tried everything—physio, massage, chiro—but nothing gave lasting relief. After meeting Julieta, she created a personal program that gradually got me pain-free. She gave clear feedback, set realistic goals, and supported me every step of the way. I've never felt healthier than I do now after training with her.

Her knowledge, patience, and precision in coaching made all the difference. I highly recommend her to any athlete looking to stay strong and injury-free.
